2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for payments already processed, including:

• Partial use of the service
• Unused appraisals
• Failure to discontinue use before additional charges are incurred

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Technical issues on our end that prevent access or use of the service
